Yes! You can edit, update, or cancel your recurring donation through the GoFundMe Pro Supporter page. To do so: Sign in to your account using the email address associated with your recurring donation, select Recurring donations, and click Manage donation under the donation you wish to edit. Q: Is my donation secure?

Yes. Our payment processor is a Level 1 PCI-certified solution provider. We never share data or record credit card numbers or card tracking data.

Q: Is my contact information safe?

Yes. WCN does not share, sell or trade your personal information. It will only be used for communications from WCN and any of our Partners to whom you have specifically donated. You can opt-out of any or all communications from us at any time.

Q: Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. WCN is a registered 501(c)(3) EIN: 30-0108469, non-profit organization, and all donations to WCN are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. You will receive confirmation of your donation from WCN for tax purposes.

Q: Can I donate using another currency?

PayPal is a great option for international donors, but all transactions will be in USD. Please email donate@wildnet.org with any questions.

Q: Will my name be included in WCN's Annual Report?

All donors who donate $500 or more to WCN in a calendar year will have their name included. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, please check the box Keep my donation anonymous in the Donation Options section. If you have requested anonymity in the past and would like to change this, please contact us at 415-202-6380 or donate@wildnet.org.

Q: Is WCN accredited by the Better Business Bureau?

Yes! WCN is accredited by the BBB specifically through the BBB Wise Giving Alliance which functions as a charity evaluator. Processing fees include transaction and donation platform charges.

Q: What does it mean to donate to "Where Needed Most"?

WCN is constantly evaluating where there are gaps in funding and where there are the highest needs for WCN, our Conservation Partners, and our Wildlife Funds. Donating to "Where Needed Most" provides unrestricted funding that WCN can allocate to where there are the biggest needs and opportunities.
